We look forward to our
son's continued success and development with the RAYS. As you
know, our son is involved in other sports. Many parents
notice his strength (speed) in football and soccer as well as
baseball with his swing and throw. As parents, we are
just so thankful that he is so strong and healthy and we are
thankful for the professional and caring program that you provide
him and each and every member of his team.
I wanted to take a minute to thank you for your commitment to
the RAYS. Our daughter really enjoyed the program
and I think we owe that in great part to your close
management. Thank you for your upbeat and friendly coaching
style, Our daughter really appreciated it, especially as
she navigated the learning curve as a new RAYS swimmer. And I
appreciated your accessibility as I too, was learning as I went
this season. It was so helpful to be able to send you an
email now and then with my questions or concerns and know that I
would get a quick and positive response. We were
thrilled with our daughter’s progress this year, I
hope she was enjoyable to coach. She worked really hard and
was very pleased with her improvement as the season went on.

We just wanted
to thank you for all your work with the kids this
year. We continue to be amazed at how all the swimmers
in the group keep dropping times consistently throughout this
January and February (knock on wood). Whatever you
are doing from a training standpoint is really paying dividends
with the kids. More importantly, they are having fun and
pushing each other during practices and the
meets. We just think you are both doing a great job and
we really enjoy that the kids are doing so well. Thanks
again for all your efforts.
Just want to
thank all of the coaches and staff for a wonderful first experience
today at the MC for my daughter. Everyone was willing to
answer questions and help get where she needed to
be. THANK YOU!!

coaching staff continue to do a great job. Our kid loves
swimming & loves the RAYS. As parents, we totally support

Just wanted to say thanks for this
week’s Coach Post--it was an excellent post. Not being
there to see the practice, it is nice for parents to know what
is going on and the attention you are giving to their growth as
swimmers. I know my daughter loves swimming, but I might get
a "practice was fun," or "we swam with cups on our heads" (to which
I say, huh??). So thanks for the great post this
week!
Just wanted you to know we are very happy with your program
and our daughter’s coach.
Our daughter swam against some of her RAYS teammates
in high school and a lot of the parents were very impressed with
their fast times and dedication to the sport. A lot of that
reflects from your coaching and teaching skills. The RAYS are
very fortunate to have a coach who is dedicated like
you.
I wanted to let you know that I printed off a
previous Coach Post you did and gave it to my daughter (about
character when no one is looking). You really do a great job
with these, thanks!!
