Where are practices?

During the fall/winter season, practices are held primarily at the Southeast YMCA and the Forest Hills Aquatic Center.  During the spring/summer season, RAYS also makes use of Cascade Hills Country Club and the Jenison Aquatic Center.

Where are swim meets?

RAYS hosts several events at the Forest Hills Aquatic Center annually.  Other events are held at local pools such as Rockford HS, East Grand Rapids HS and Jenison HS.  RAYS also travels around the state and even across the country for various in season and championship meets.

Where is the RAYS office?

The RAYS office is located at the Southeast YMCA at 730 Forest Hills Ave SE in Grand Rapids.
